Robert Ellis is a major independent firm of Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors in the East Midlands concentrating on the areas between Nottingham and Derby.
We are a multi disciplined company which employs over 40 local people across our office network who provide a professional and proactive approach to all aspects of our business.
We were established in 1988, initially in Long Eaton, from where we rapidly grew to become the largest independent Estate Agent with high street branches being opened in both Beeston and Stapleford. Over the time we have been operating we have sold over 15,000 properties in the West Nottingham area.
We also have a very strong and experienced Lettings Department which manages over 500 properties and currently let two new properties a day throughout the West Nottingham and South East Derbyshire region.
There are five directors – Paul Merritt, Russell Gourlay, Paul Sweeney, Guy Hall and Mark Philpott who between them have over 100 years experience in the Estate Agent and Surveying industry and still believe in a \'hands on\' approach to the business. With three Chartered Surveyors within Robert Ellis the firm is capable of providing a thorough and complete professional service in all aspects of residential and commercial property.
