The Government have announced the suspension of Home information Packs from 21st May 2010.
The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will be retained. Sellers will still be required to commission, but will not need to have received an EPC before marketing their property.
EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) detailing issues such as insulation and heating systems to a property, then offering general guidance on how the running costs of the house can be reduced by simple measures.
