It is difficult to know which estate agent to choose when selling your house but we are so pleased we went with Robert Ellis. Lauren assessed the prop...erty and made the process extremely simple when giving us a quote and valuation. She was also confident that we would sell the property and explained the target market. The property was photographed and listed within days with the team taking some fantastic photos. Well what can I say..from day one when Nathan came round and advised the renovations we needed to do so we could get it on the market up until exchang...e they've been brilliant. Throughout the whole process Beth has been supportive and on the ball. We had a very positive experience when selling our family home. From the outset, Holly (Torr) guided us through the process. The initial marketing...of the property was executed rapidly and was very effective as we had a request to view it within a week of going live. Holly worked extremely hard securing viewings and showing potential buyers around the property ensuring she kept us fully informed every step of the way. Any hitch was dealt with quickly and effectively. We were selling during an extremely problematic time in the housing market because of the interest-rate rises. As a first time buyer I had no idea what I was doing throughout the process. However Caroline held my hand throughout explaining what happens and what...to expect. She was realistic and always got back toy phone calls and emails. This made the process a lot easier, any issues that arised it was dealt with straight away and I was kept in the loop
