Helen and Cassie were great on a difficult sale, which took 6 months to close, despite the property "selling" in a couple of weeks when firs...t put on the market. Great with keeping me up to date, but the process was so slow with each step taking a week or more to complete, not Robert Ellis' fault per say but was an overly long process.
