Joely Golding was extremely helpful right through process from May till November and essentially managing a 10 vendor chain from top to bottom. She sp...lit the chain with our vendor enabling two separate completion dates meaning monies were transferred prior to our completion enabling a swift moving day, like no other!

It is difficult to know which estate agent to choose when selling your house but we are so pleased we went with Robert Ellis. Lauren assessed the prop...erty and made the process extremely simple when giving us a quote and valuation. She was also confident that we would sell the property and explained the target market. The property was photographed and listed within days with the team taking some fantastic photos. The updates and regular contact from Megan was also great, she was very helpful and attentive with any queries and support we needed. Someone that really understands their customers needs and requirements. I would definitely choose Robert Ellis again and have recommended to all family and friends. Well what can I say..from day one when Nathan came round and advised the renovations we needed to do so we could get it on the market up until exchang...e they've been brilliant. Throughout the whole process Beth has been supportive and on the ball. Selling a house and buying another is a very stressful time but everyone at Robert Ellis were very reassuring, approachable at all times and just made you feel comfortable it was going in the right direction. Good news is our house sold in 1 week with completion within ~3months. So happy. Thank you to the team and would highly recommend.

We had a very positive experience when selling our family home. From the outset, Holly (Torr) guided us through the process. The initial marketing...of the property was executed rapidly and was very effective as we had a request to view it within a week of going live. Holly worked extremely hard securing viewings and showing potential buyers around the property ensuring she kept us fully informed every step of the way. Any hitch was dealt with quickly and effectively. We were selling during an extremely problematic time in the housing market because of the interest-rate rises. However, despite this Holly managed to sell our property. We are really satisfied with the service and would like to thank Holly and her colleagues at Robert Ellis.
