Eight Screen Cinema Development Coming to Beeston
Broxtowe Brough council have confirmed that Arc cinema will be operating the new eight screen cinema complex in Beeston. This exciting new development will have 132 homes believed to be mainly flats and a variety of food and drink outlets.
Work on the 50 million pound project is scheduled to commence this August with completion expected in 2020. The approach to the new cinema complex has been brightened up by the famous street artist Zabou who has done spray portraits of some of Beeston’s most iconic people including Richard Beckinsale, Edwin Star and Sir Paul Smith.
With other improvements including the development of Beeston Square and the success of the NET Tram Beestons vibrant town centre has improved greatly in recent years. Various housing developments in the central Beeston area such as the Bartons Site and development on the Myford site will bring further development, homes and prosperity to the area.
At Robert Ellis we are experiencing a very high demand for properties from first time buyers and young families looking to settle in Beeston and take advantage of the wide variety of facilities on offer. With property in relatively short supply this is sustaining healthy growth of values as well as driving up rental prices.
Our Beeston sales office is located in the heart of the town centre next to these developments and our local staff are always happy to answers any questions.
