Long Eaton Estate Agents

Mark has been a Partner at Robert Ellis for the past 10 years but has known Robert and the other Directors since the business was established in 1989.  Mark is based at our Long Eaton located at 5 Derby Road which overlooks the green roundabout in the centre of the town.  Mark has always lived in the area having been brought up in Bramcote and after Stevensons School on Wadsworth Road attended Bramcote Grammar School on Moor Lane.  After taking A levels Mark went to what was Trent Polytechnic (now University) and did a four year degree course.  Mark is thoroughly enjoying being involved with Robert Ellis and over the past 10 years has helped to further build the presence of our brand throughout the region working with established teams of people who know our neighbourhoods well, with a good number of our team members having worked in the business for over 20 years.  Mark has twin boys who have both finished University.  Mark enjoys going out with friends for the odd beer and a meal, gardening and when the weather is better playing some golf.

Neill joined Robert Ellis in May 2011 after 6 years of working for one of the regions largest corporate Estate Agency chains where he was a Senior Valuer and Business Manager. Neill was brought up locally, went to school at Fernwood School in Wollaton and lives in the area. Neill joined the Robert Ellis team as a Senior Valuer at the Long Eaton branch and to be involved with the further development of the Robert Ellis Estate Agency, Mortgage and Professional Service business. Neill is a graduate of the University of East Anglia.

Robyn began her career within property in 2015 working for a corporate estate agency in Derby city centre. Starting as a Sales Negotiator and progressing quickly to a Senior Sales Negotiator and later a Valuer. Robyn left the property industry after 4 years to sell premium cars and later decided to come back during 2021 after buying and renovating her first home. Robyn started at Robert Ellis in April 2023 and prides herself on her customer service, experience, and knowledge of the local area. Robyn grew up in Long Eaton attending Grange Primary School and later moving to Chilwell where she attended Chilwell Comprehensive secondary school. Robyn lives locally in Borrowash with her partner and two miniature Dachshunds and during her spare time enjoys fishing, playing snooker, holidays and spending time with family and friends.

Conor started his property career in 2007 for an independent estate agent before moving to corporate estate agency in 2008. He has done every role within estate agency from starting out as a trainee negotiator, valuing in addition to running successful offices and managed his first branch at 22 years old. Conor has experienced working for independent, corporate and hybrid Estate Agents which really gives him first hand knowledge of all services so he can meet his customers needs. Conor enjoys sharing his knowledge with his customers in order to provide the best service. In his spare time he enjoys to play golf and socialise with friends and loves to spend time with his two children.

Dawn joined The Mortgage Company as Sales Consultant in our General Insurance Department in August 2012. She has brought with her a wealth of knowledge having had 26 years experience within the industry. Dawn transferred to the Long Eaton sales team in 2014, where she quickly became an asset to the team and later progressed to office manager. In her spare time Dawn enjoys playing Badminton, yoga, socialising and walking her dog, she currently lives in Sawley with her husband and family.

Holly joined the team in 2011 after graduating from Derby University and has progressed within the company throughout her time at Robert Ellis and took on the Role of Office Manager many years ago. Holly is part of the Long Eaton Sales Negotiator team and has many clients helping to sell their existing properties and where required find them a new home. Holly enjoys working with her clients and helping them see the sales over the line. Holly was brought up locally and lives in Spondon with her partner and child.

Anita joined Robert Ellis in 1996 after leaving the Royal Navy and is the backbone of our Long Eaton branch making sure that all sales details are prepared quickly and accurately and information about our properties and our marketing material appears on rightmove.co.uk and other web sites. Anita is married, lives locally and has two children.

Caroline went to school and lives with her family in Long Eaton. She has three grown up daughters and has worked for Robert Ellis for over 30 years and we believe has more experience than any other sales negotiator currently operating in the Long Eaton area.

Louise lives in the Long Eaton area with her family and has worked at Robert Ellis for over 25 years. Louise is one of our most experienced sales negotiators who knows the area well and over the years has handled thousands of local property sales.

Holly joined Robert Ellis in January 2016 after working for 9 years for a well established Estate Agency business on the East side of Nottingham.  Holly has worked in various areas around Nottingham and has gained over 20 years experience in the Estate Agency industry.  During this time she has worked in all aspects of the business which has predominantly involved lettings and the sale of properties.  Holly went to school in the area and lives locally so knows our West Nottingham trade area well.   When not working Holly enjoys spending time with her partner and children, horse riding and socialising.

Joely grew up in Toton, went to Chetwynd Road Primary then onto George Spencer and has lived locally for most of her life. She joined the team in 2022 after spending 3 years in the local property industry at a Corporate Estate Agent. She has always been passionate about property after buying her own home at 21. You’ll find her admiring home styling and decor and loves nothing more than character features. Her goal is to build relationships with clients to help them through their property transactions. Currently living in Long Eaton with her partner and child, she knows the local area very well.

Leah went to Chilwell School and then on to Bilborough College. She has great knowledge of the local area and after appointing her in 2021 she was offered an apprenticeship with Robert Ellis and has since passed with flying colours. With the love for learning she has progressed quickly and has become a great team member within the Long Eaton Branch. In her spare time she loves socialising with her friends or going on holidays.

We appointed Freya in July 2020 into a full time role after the lockdown earlier in the year and she is now very much part of the Long Eaton sales team.  Freya went to school in Sawley and Long Eaton and was keen to get out into the working world.  She lives locally with her family who have used Robert Ellis on several occasions to buy and sell properties and she is now getting to know the area well being office based and supporting the sales negotiator team at Long Eaton.  Freya will be studying further through the apprenticeship scheme she is now involved with and in time looks forward to passing her driving test which will enable her to undertake out of office duties as well as working in branch.  Freya enjoys socialising with her friends and has all the attributes to make an excellent estate agent.

Harry has completed his long journey through Trent College and finished his A Levels this summer. He studied double Business BTEC and Photography. He has been working at Robert Ellis in his free time to gain experience as he was keen to work within the property industry and meet new people.  He began working full time with us in July 2022 and is enjoying learning all the different aspects of the job. He would eventually like to be a Valuer and Accompanied Viewer.

Harry lives locally, in Long Eaton with his parents and cat, Tilly.  Harry enjoys supporting Derby County Football Club, boxing and playing football.

James joined Robert Ellis in early 2023, he is currently studying GCSEs and will be beginning a joint apprenticeship/college business course with us. He recently completed his Duke of Edinburgh awards and has qualified as a FA youth referee and looks forwards to his future with us here at Robert Ellis.

Charlotte Joined the Robert Ellis Long Eaton branch at the start of September 2021 after graduating from Falmouth University with a bachelors of art degree in Photography. Before that, Charlotte did two years at Nottingham College studying Photography and went to Friesland School. Charlotte was bought up locally and lives in Sandiacre with her family. In her spare time Charlotte enjoys going out with her friends for a drink, as well as playing golf and tennis when the weather is nice. Charlotte also takes photographs in her home studio of products to build up her portfolio.

David joined the team in 2022. He has over a decade of experience in Photography, Design and Marketing. David grew up in Chilwell before moving to Sawley with his wife and children. After leaving school he studied photography at South Nottingham College before gaining a BA Hons in design for digital media at the University of Derby. In his spare time David is a member of a local photography club, as well as being passionate about running, cycling and sailing.

Tamara joined the Robert Ellis team in 2024 after graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Photography. Before university, she did a year at Nottingham College on a Foundation Art course and spent her school years at Chilwell School, also completing her A-Levels there.
Tamara lives locally in Beeston Rylands with her family. In her spare time she enjoys taking photos of landscapes for her own portfolio, as well as going to the gym.

Steve joined The Mortgage Company in 2019 and is based in the Robert Ellis Agency, Long Eaton.  He has been involved in property and financial services since 1999 and completed his CeMaP qualifications in 2002.  He is passionate about getting a great deal for his clients and delivering outstanding customer service.  He grew up in the Belper area and now lives in Derby with his Wife and their 3 children.  In his spare time he enjoys reading, badminton, cycling and meals out with his family.

Martin joined The Mortgage Company in February 2014. He first began work for the CIS Financial Company, where he gained 13 years of hands on knowledge and experience of this industry. Martin is already proving to be a asset to the company working out of the Robert Ellis Agency in Long Eaton. Martin has local knowledge of the area and lives in the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire boarder with his wife and two children. He is a dedicated family man and in his spare time likes to go running.
