Well what can I say..from day one when Nathan came round and advised the renovations we needed to do so we could get it on the market up until exchang...e they've been brilliant. Throughout the whole process Beth has been supportive and on the ball. We had a very positive experience when selling our family home. From the outset, Holly (Torr) guided us through the process. The initial marketing...of the property was executed rapidly and was very effective as we had a request to view it within a week of going live. Holly worked extremely hard securing viewings and showing potential buyers around the property ensuring she kept us fully informed every step of the way. Any hitch was dealt with quickly and effectively. We were selling during an extremely problematic time in the housing market because of the interest-rate rises.
