Emma Cavers returns to the Long Eaton Robert Ellis team
We are all very pleased at Robert Ellis that Emma Cavers has come back and joined the Long Eaton team.
Emma lives locally in Long Eaton and has worked for our estate agency over the past 20 years. Emma previously was the Senior Negotiator at the Long Eaton branch and left 3 years ago to join a local Mortgage Broking business. After gaining valuable experience of working in the mortgage marketplace, Emma has returned to Robert Ellis as a valuer and will now be going out and meeting people who are thinking of selling or moving home.
Emma probably knows Long Eaton and the surrounding area property market as well as any person working in the estate agency business in the area. She was brought up locally and went to school in Long Eaton. Emma now has two teenage children and lives in Long Eaton so is very much at hand to help people who are thinking of moving in and around the area.
Emma re-joins a team at Robert Ellis that includes several people who have worked in the business for over 20 years which helps to provide unrivalled local knowledge and experience of selling property which cannot be matched by any other estate agency operating in the same trading area.
Mark Philpott, a Director of Robert Ellis said: “We are so pleased Emma has returned to Robert Ellis. She is a very natural person who has taken to the Valuer role very quickly. Emma is now going out to meet people in their homes to discuss the value and what Robert Ellis can do to help them sell their property. We all know that at the end of the day people thinking of selling a property like to deal with somebody who knows the local marketplace and all the ins and outs of selling a property – this cannot be done by trying to communicate through a computer.”
It’s great to have Emma back!
