Francheska recently joined the team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and client-focused roles. In her current position, she supports landlords and tenants through the lettings process — conducting viewings, providing valuable feedback, and helping ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved.  Before stepping into property, Francheska spent seven years in the beauty and wellness industry, where she managed a busy gym and spa. Her ability to juggle multiple client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a calm, professional presence under pressure has carried over seamlessly into her work in lettings.  Known for her approachable nature and problem-solving skills, Francheska is passionate about helping people find the right fit — whether it’s a home, a service, or a solution. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and spending time with friends
